Why are excited to compete at the GTD?
- For the last two years the German Throwdown was a great event with everything included... Amazing spectators, hard workouts and a lot of fun. And my goal is to get the 3 wins in a row 😏

What kind of workout would you love to see the most?
- The max out ladders were always a highlight in the past!

He received a wildcard being the defending champion.

This year we have a new addition to the moderator duo.

James Quigley from the US will join Teresa Meyer as floor announcers.

James is a very experienced moderator with many international competitions in his resume.

Terri is a known face to the GTD community and we are happy to have her back.

Behind the scenes Sali Arian will be interviewing athletes for a more insight look into the competition.
