- It’s gonna be my fourth year competing at the GTD and I am excited to go for it with healthy body and sharp mind this time!
What kind of workout would you love to see the most?
- Whatever workout comes I am ready but it would be nice to maybe jump into the swimming pool this year!

- I'm Manila Pennacchio, I live in Italy and I'm fittest in Italy for the last two years. I will start in the Elite Female division.
Why are excited to compete at the GTD?
- I love the atmosphere at the German Throwdown. This will be my 4th time competing at the GTD. One year team and 3 years as an individual. Last year I took first place on the podium, I hope to do good this time again.
What kind of workout would you love to see the most?
- I hope to see heavy weights and some funny stuff for me like heavy bench press or clean and jerk.
