Quick introduction:
We are a mix of athletes from all points of England. Fueled by @fissionnutrion we hail East, South, North and West. We got to know each other from the UK competitive scene.

Why are excited to compete at the GTD?
Sean - Competed in last years GTD and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was electric. So I thought I would bring along some friends!
Tom - To compete against German Athletes
Vicki - I've never been to Germany before and excited to experience a new competition
Hannah - Oh crap is it Germany!? We thought it was Gibraltar!

What kind of workout would you love to see the most?
Sean - A Death by EMOM!
Tom - Murph
Vicki - DT or DT Variation
Hannah - DT!

Anything else?
Sean - The scar on my belly was from a Lion when I was young. I hide behind amazing athletes.
Tom - I've had three wrist surgeries and my abs have abs
Hannah - I captained a Netball Team to National Champions.. When I was young I wanted to marry my cat called Banana
Vicki - I've won a bronze medal in the 300m indoor champs. I have a CrossFit comp every weekend of the year.

They qualified with winning the qualifier.

This year the merchandise will include t-shirts, hoodies, shorts and patches. First come first serve.
