I’ve been posting non-stop about my #bromance with @pvellner this week 👬 but the real treat was working alongside @reason.thibault_caro and @alessandrapichelli
Caro is an absolute weapon, a woman of few words but a lot of fitness who will fearlessly attack any challenge. I’m not ashamed to say she would knock me out in the ring 🥊

Alessandra has a heart of absolute gold, as the new edition to the team she took so much pride in being the best teammate possible. If I could bottle and sell her team commitment I’d be a millionaire.

i really love them both, so proud to call them teammates and friends. Without a doubt the highlight of my competition was watching them flip that tire together. Caro’s patient approach to ensure she had redemption after last year’s Pig, and Alessandra flipping that massive tire like it was a 5 cent coin is something I will never forget.
Also a big thanks to coach @camillelbaz - she does not take her role as coach lightly; selflessly taking time out of her rehab and training to do everything possible to help our team succeed. i feel fortunate every time i get to spend time with CLB and learn from her.
And lastly the @crossfitgames staff and volunteers. The more i compete the more i come to realize how incredible these events are, watching all the moving pieces behind the scenes come together on the competition floor is a bloody marvel. Getting to do what i love while being supported by so many is a dream come true.
