Please make sure that you will find your name, your id and your lane on it and you will attend the stadium on time! We strongly recommend that you will be in the stadium at least 1,5 hour before your heat’s competition time and that you will move from warm up area to the arena at least 10 minutes before your heat’s competition time.
Attention: The WODs timetable DOESN’T include final WOD! Number of athletes who will qualify in Sunday’s final WOD per category:
16:00 - 16:25 Scaled Women (10 athletes)
16:30 - 16:55 Masters Women 45+ (5 athletes) + Masters Women 40-44 (5 athletes)
17:00 - 17:25 Teenage Girls (5 athletes) + Masters Women 35-39 (5 athletes)
17:30 - 17:55 Elite Women (10 athletes)
18:00 - 18:25 Teenage Boys (5 athletes) + Masters Men 50+ (5 athletes)
18:30 - 18:55 Masters Men 45-49 (5 athletes) + Masters Men 40-44 (5 athletes)
19:00 - 19:25 Scaled Men (10 athletes)
19:30 - 19:55 Masters Men 35-39 (10 athletes)
20:00 - 20:25 Elite Men (10 athletes)
We remind you that during Friday’s check-in you will receive your arena accreditation - don't forget to have your ID or passport with you and a small size photo of you for your accreditation. If you are a teenage athlete, you will also need to have a written statement with you from your parents or coach that allows you to take part in the event. Only athletes will be permitted in the arena, warm up area and cool down area, so make sure you will always have your accreditation with you.
The entrance in the event will be free for all spectators and a fitness expo will be running during all days with special sale. You will also be able to purchase healthy breakfast, snacks, meals, dinner etc in event’s buffet!
PS. Don't forget to bring your speed rope with you.
