@321gaux 🇺🇸 started @CrossFit in 2011, qualified for Regionals in 2012, made her first CrossFit Games appearance in 2013 and has been at the Games each year since.
Alvarez was a Division I soccer player at Hawaii Pacific and an all-state golfer in high school. When she's not training for the Games, she is a winemaker and new affiliate owner of @thevineyardcrossfit.
