FOLLOW THE STANDARDS:
1) In WOD 3 create a long straight line on the floor (e.g. tape) and place your box on the centre of that line.
2) Measure boxes (WOD 3) and wallball targets (WOD 2) putting a visible to the camera mark on the target.
3) Show to the camera clearly the barbells, plates (WOD 1 & WOD 3) and medicine balls (WOD 2) with the kg or lbs that are written on them.
4) Use the same angle to film all your WODs as indicated in the videos.
The repetitions which don't follow the standards and are not clear may be judged as NO REP.
