In WOD 3 you have to do 40 front rack lunges, then DUs and OHS. Please be careful, walking lunges are not allowed! (watch the video to understand the reps and no reps).

Hello, where is the platform that we ahould add our results? And for WOD 2B - will there be a penalty in seconds if we rest with the bar in rack poaition?

You have to upload your videos to YouTube under Public privacy settings, then submit the link and your score to the platform that we will send you today. In WOD 2B we examine reps *kgs. So you have to do as many reps as possible with the weight you will choose. Racks are not allowed

Joacim check your mail, we have sent you all the necessary guidelines to submit your score. As for WOD1, it's 10 per arm and you have to finish the first arm first and then move to the other. Please be careful, the movement is not Kb Snatch, it's from hang position.
