This is the story of Lisa Grovenstein - She won the very first edition of The Dutch Throwdown back in 2017 and last weekend she competed at the big Lowlands Throwdown final!

She was just training for fun back then but after competing ánd winning The Dutch Throwdown, the fire inside of her started burning and she knew this was just the start of her journey... And look at her now, she belongs to the top of the Netherlands :-D
