“Aug 2016 ➡️Oct 2017 • The neat thing is I was lifting every day consistently back in August last year, and haven't let up since then. My training has slightly changed from lifting lighter weights to lifting heavier and adding compound movements, and more protein to my diet to facilitate muscle maintenance and growth. (The training changes really started around April 2017 thanks to @teamfitbliss!) I still consider my current biceps to be "baby biceps", but they have come a long way since last year! And it hasn't just been my baby biceps building either! It makes me happy to see the progress of my pecs, lats, anterior and lateral delts! 🙌🏼❤️ Lifting is so fun and makes me happy!
