UNDERWATER ART. The exhibition “FONDALI IMMAGINARI, viaggio negli abissi tra sogno e realtà” (FANTASTIC IMAGINARIES, journey into the abysses between dream and reality) is open until 15 October 2017 in Genoa at the Gallery of the Galata Museo del Mare (Galata Sea Museum). It is a surreal path through 29 works, that are graphically painted by AGLAJA, name of art of the cartoonist, illustrator and digital Ligurian artist Gabriella Corbo. The works were born on the basis of the frames by the photojournalist ADRIANO PENCO, who perceived the need to put underwater photography at the service of terrestrial pictorial art, to become a mean for the construction of fantastic and dreamy worlds.
