With much of our testing on hold for the time being, we thought we would look back at each of our tech editor's favorite piece of 2020 tech.⁠⠀

First up is Daniel Sapp (@d_sapp1) and the @trekbikes’ Supercaliber.⁠⠀

"I’ve been riding the Supercaliber for a few months now. We did a first look on it at its release and I’ve made some changes to it as various test parts have come in. Travel as is 120mm front and 60mm rear.⁠⠀

"I swapped a 120mm 34 stepcast for the 100mm 32 and then added an axs reverb. That made it far more appropriate for the trails around me and it’s more than capable with a slight weight penalty. I also threw on wider bars and a shorter stem. It has HED’s Raptor XC wheels on it and Hutchinson’s new Kraken XC tires. Brakes are Magura MT8. The setup is constantly changing but so far I’ve been enjoying the way the bike is riding with a little more travel up front along with the dropper and wider bars." - @d_sapp1⁠⠀
